FACTR USA accepts credit card payment by VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
What is your shipping cost?
For order values up to $74.99, we charge a flat rate of $5 for shipping via USPS First Class. For order values of $75 - 149.99, we charge a flat rate of $8 for USPS First Class. We offer free shipping for all orders over $150. Route Coverage is automatically added to your cart for a nominal fee. If you opt out of the Route Coverage that is automatically added to your order prior to checkout, FACTR is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen orders. When will my order ship, and how long will it take to arrive?
We only ship to addresses in the continental U.S. and Hawai'i. Orders for addresses outside of that area will be cancelled and refunded. Orders will typically ship within 1-3 business days (M-F). All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and transit times will vary depending on location (typically 2-3 business days). Shortly after an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email detailing specifics of the order. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has shipped.
