All products sold by FACTR USA, Inc. are new and under warranty from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated in the product description. For the FACTR USA product warranty, please click here.

Any non-FACTR USA product, if defective, may be returned within 14 days from the order date for a full refund. After the 14-day period, we request that you first contact the specific manufacturer of a product for any warranty issues.

If a product is unused/unopened but NOT defective, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the product ONLY (not including the shipping charges). If you request to return an unused/unopened product past the 30-day date range, there will be a 15% Restocking Fee. A product is ONLY returnable for a refund if unused/unopened.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on the part of FACTR USA, Inc. or the product is defective.

PLEASE NOTE All returned goods must have prior consent. Please email for Return Authorization prior to returning any product. Returns and refunds will NOT be processed without Return Authorization.

Sale prices are final on sale items, clearance merchandise & special orders.


*Shipping & handling, insurance, processing fees are NOT refundable. Only the product purchase price will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fees.

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  • Request an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) by emailing with your (1) full name, (2) order number, (3) reason for your return, and (4) the item name and quantity you would like to return.

  • Write your RMA # on the mailing label. All returns MUST be accompanied by an RMA # or they will not be accepted - the RMA # allows us to provide you timely and effective customer service.

  • Include a copy of your invoice.

  • Insure the package for your protection and send your return to:

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (please allow 5-7 business days for your return to process), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 3-5 business days after your refund is processed for it to post to your account.


We do not accept or process exchanges. If you would like to "exchange" an item, please submit a new order for the correct item and follow the steps above to initiate a return for the original purchase.
