Here at FACTR USA, we like to keep it simple. So, our warranty follows suit.
We guarantee our products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for life. This, of course, does not include normal wear and tear or damage resulting from stupidity, shenanigans, criminal activity, abuse, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or use contrary to our recommendations or general common sense. If you have an issue with one of our products because we screwed up, we will repair it or replace it at our discretion and at no cost to you.
Should you need a replacement product, FACTR USA reserves the right to replace an obsolete or discontinued product with a current production, like model.
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these simple steps:

Email support@factrusa.com with your (1) full name, (2) shipping address, (3) order number, (4) reason for your claim, and (5) the item name and quantity for which you would like to submit the claim. If your issue cannot be remedied by phone or email (which will be attempted prior to any warranty returns of product), you will be issued an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and prepaid shipping label.

Write your RMA # on the shipping label. All warranty returns MUST be accompanied by an RMA # or they will not be accepted - the RMA # allows us to provide you timely and effective customer service.
Once your warranty return is received and inspected by our technical staff (please allow 5-7 business days for your warranty return to process), we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
